Experienced in responding to public and private sector RFP, RFQ and SOQ response packages in the architecture, engineering and construction industries. Markets have included education (K-12 & Higher Ed), municipal, healthcare, federal (SF 330), hospitality, water/wastewater, and religious sectors. Excellent understanding of architectural and construction terminology, and delivery methods.
Ability to manage all aspects of proposal development and delivery including overall project management, coordination and communication with key team members, organization of content, development of written narratives, editing, design and final packaging of documents for printing. All proposal responses are produced using Adobe Indesign CC.
Corporate experience includes proposal development for the following A/E/C firms - Above Group, C.T. Hsu + Associates, Glatting Jackson, RLF Architects, Heery Design, Creative Contractors, KLPN Studio and Wharton-Smith, Inc.
